Howdy Partner!

Today is my best friend's son's birthday. I offered to help her make some stuff for his party. They are doing a toy story theme. We created this banner using the Old West Cartridge. We also made a sherrif shirt with the number 3 using Create-A-Critter and Old West. I love how both things turned out.

Baby Love!

I have been so busy this past week making baby shower presents. I've been making hairbow holders for about 3 years now and the more I do the better I become. My latest hairbow creations are my favorite. I had so much fun making these. I think they turned out real cute. I can't wait to make my daughter a new one for her room.

Wild Child

My daughter is turning two in August and she is such a wild child. So that gave me a little inspiration for her birthday party theme. I decided to do a jungle/safari theme. But make it girly. I found this really cute paper at Hobby Lobby and came up with a cute invitation. I can't wait to make all the other cute things for her party.

Everything is Better at the Beach

I had such an awesome weekend. My family got invited to spend time at a friend's lake house. We had such a blast. My daughter was in heaven and so was I. We played in the sand, laid out in the sun, went riding on the boat, and I even got to go tubing for the first time. I decided to make a card for my friend. She was so great this entire weekend and I just wanted to make her something to say thank you. Here is my creation.

It's a Guy Thing

This card is for a challenge from Paper Playtime. You had to create a card with the theme "It's a Guy Thing". When I think of guys, I think of boys. My inspiration came from Toy Story 3. I decided to make a cowboy themed card. I cut out the Howdy phrase and the star from Create a Critter. I am going to give this card to my best friend's son. He loves Toy Story, especially Woody and his dad is a sheriff's deputy.  I'm sure he will love the card.

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Me Monday #17

This Fantabulous Cricut  challenge required you to create something involving a creepy crawler and the color orange. I decided to use my Create a Critter cartridge. I found some cute paper and thought a caterpillar would go great with it. I created this card for my sister, on the inside it says Bug Hugs. I know she will love it.

Oh Boy! Baby Shower Card

My Creative Time posted a Throwback Challenge, where you had to use New Arrivals and go with a baby theme. I don't have a lot of old cartridges so I decided to stick with what I have, Create a Critter. I am going to a baby shower next weekend, I love the monkey and I thought it would fit perfect with this family's personality.

Hello

I made this card for one of my precious students. Her favor color was teal and I found this really cool paper so I decided to mix it with pink. I hope she enjoyed it.

Eclipse

My friend was having an Eclipse premier party and I told her I would help her create some stuff. Here is a picture of the banner we made. I love it. I will post more pics soon.

Ribbon Organization...Well...Somewhat

I love using containers that were originally used for different purposes. This Johnson & Johnson container was given as a gift when I was pregnant with my daughter. I used all the items and decided it would be great for Ribbon storage. My daughter likes to mess in it when I do my crafting. That's why it is a bit messy.

Hairbow Holder

I made this hairbow holder for my cousin's granddaughter. I used paper and Mod Podge. I love the way it turned out. I use to paint them by hand, but this way is so much easier and cuter. I love it.

Here is another one I made for a friend's daughter. This one will be used for hairclips and headbands.

Pink Stamper Challenge

My Pink Stamper posted a challenge. I had to create something using the colors pink, orange, green, and brown. I created a card for one of my best friends. She recently got a job teaching at my school and I am so excited. I found a paper that had orange and pink paisleys and she loves paisleys. I hope she loves it!
