For my first project I decided to make a frame. I bought a wooden frame from Michael's and painted it black. I used my Mini Monsters cartridge to cut out the lollipop and the "sweet" phrase. The picture in the frame is from last Halloween. My daughter dressed up as Dorothy and my nephew was the Scarecrow. They were so cute!
Stay tuned tomorrow for another fun Halloween project.

Miss You Momma!

I've been missing my momma lately and I know she's been missing me. We live about 5 hours away from each other. We don't get to see each other that often so I thought I would make her a card to let her know I'm thinking of her. She bought me the Country Life cartridge for my birthday so I thought I would create something with it. I had two challenges in mind for this challenge.

1. Alphabet Challenge Blog U for Unused Stash. Buttons.
2. Picture Perfect Creations Bashful Blue, Pear Pizazz, Early Espresso

"I Want My Mummy"

This Card was made for two challenges.
1. PaperCutz Challenge make a card, LO or craft project for Halloween using any colors you'd like, EXCEPT, NO black or orange.
2. Cricut Cardz Challenge make a card for Halloween using the card feature from any cartridge, and using any colors you'd like.

I decided to use the Mini Monsters cartridge that my sister gave me as a Back To School present. There were so many cute things to choose from. I chose the Mummy. I wanted to make it a female mummy so I chose hot pink and light pink. I had a perfect coordinating ribbon. I am going to send this card to my Sis from my daughter. The little mummy reminds me of my little one and I know my sister will love it.

I love how we "Roll!"

I love my friends so much. Last week we had a girl's night out and went to eat at a Japanese restaurant. Two of the girl's made it a special celebration for the summer birthday girls. They made us little bags with everything pink. That's our color. We sat on the floor at a little table, laughed until we cried, and shared some of our deepest darkest secrets. It was a night to remember! I can't wait until our next GNO! So to show how much I appreciate my wonderful friends I decided to make a card using the bowl and chopsticks from Create-a-critter. I made a pink bowl and added a little bit of sparkle to the chop sticks. I put the sentiment So Fun because we had an awesome time. I love my girls and I don't know where I would be without them. Just being together brightens any day. They are truly the best friends anyone could ask for.

Back To School

Here is a clipboard that I made for one of my best friends. She just got a job at my school and wanted to make her something special. I bought the clipboard from Michaels. The flower is cut from Serenade. The name is cut from SCAL.

Here are some survival kits I made for my third graders. I used Life's a Beach to cut out the 3.
